Built to last, and backed for life. Here's exactly what we cover, and how to use your GRABSTA™ safely.
Limited lifetime warranty
We stand behind every grip. If your GRABSTA breaks under normal use within its rated load, we'll replace it for the usable life of the product.
What's covered
- Breakage, cracking, snapping or warping under normal use within the rated load
- Manufacturing and material defects
What's not covered
- Loads over the rated limit, or any use outside the intended purpose
- Misuse, abuse, accidents, drops, cutting, heat, chemicals or modification
- Normal cosmetic wear such as scratches or finish fade
- Use as climbing, safety, fall-protection or human-load equipment
- Products not purchased from Grabsta or an authorized seller
The details
- Replacement is the sole remedy under this warranty
- Covers the original purchaser. Non-transferable. Proof of purchase may be required
- "Lifetime" means the usable life of the product

We replace it
Once approved, we ship a new GRABSTA. You just cover shipping.
Safety & proper use
The GRABSTA is a bag-carrying handle for everyday loads. Please use it only as intended.
The GRABSTA is NOT climbing, safety or fall-protection equipment. Never use it to support people or overhead loads.
- Do not use for climbing, fall protection, rigging, towing, or supporting people or overhead loads
- Do not exceed the rated load. Rated to 150 lbs; 5 to 40 lbs is the comfortable everyday range
- Inspect before each use. Do not use if cracked, worn, warped or damaged
- Do not use where a dropped load could cause injury or damage
- Keep small sizes away from young children. Not a toy
- Use only as intended, for carrying bags by their handles
